Its this the only module your not able to communicate with or are there others. Its not
always a tool issue check powers and grounds also the data bus line could be
interrupted do to another module on the network. there are some known software
issues but for the most part the tool works great good luck.

Also try using the chrysler black adapter instead of the regular red one to rule out the
possibility of a bad pin connection good luck.
